The residential complex Ochsenrüti exudes understated luxury and elegance. The goal of the design was to harmoniously integrate the buildings into the sloping landscape while ensuring optimal views for each unit. The overall design presents a unified appearance, but the details are individualized and differentiated with warm earth tones, ensuring a perfect fit into the environment. A timeless aesthetic gives the residential complex a high level of value.
The landscaping concept features a balanced mix of native plants such as clove cherry, serviceberry, forest pine, yew, and evergreens for privacy without obstructing the view.
Perennial plantings add vibrant accents, while natural stone paving, dry stone walls, and colored terraced support walls provide a stylish and nature-based structure. The result is a harmonious connection between architecture and nature, evolving with the seasons.
